This Return & Refund Policy explains how Havoc Override LLC handles refunds, returns, and exchanges for digital products and physical merchandise.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY | HAVOC OVERRIDE™
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Once access to a digital course, program, analysis, or downloadable content is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
This applies to all digital purchases, including but not limited to courses, analyses, toolkits, and downloadable materials.
Physical Merchandise (When Available)
Physical merchandise may be offered in the future.
Returns or exchanges for physical items are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
How to Request a Return
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
Your request must include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
We will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:
• Item is unused and unwashed
• Item is in original packaging with tags attached
• Return request was submitted within the required timeframe
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping or issue a replacement at our discretion.
Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
Exchanges
If a replacement item is approved and inventory is available, a replacement will be shipped.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Digital courses and downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by financial institution, but refunds typically post within 3–10 business days after processing.
